Jason Witten Retires

Jason Witten, HOF tight end of the Dallas Cowboys retired today. He informed Jerry Jones and HC Jason Garrett he will be joining the Monday Night Football Crew.

Witten was one of the best tight ends of all time finishing as No. 4 on the all-time reception list and No. 21 on the all-time receiving yards list. He finished with 1,152 receptions and 12,448 receiving yards to pair with 68 touchdowns in his illustrious career.

Who will be taking over the tight end slot for the Dallas Cowboys come next season? Several names will be competing including Rico Gathers and Jeff Swaim.

Jason Witten, you will be missed.
